1. Membership Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register for a membership or have parental consent if under 18.

  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

2. Membership Terms

  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • Membership can be canceled or frozen according to the policies provided at the time of registration or as updated in the KIDS FIT website or staff.

  • Misuse of programme equipment, venues, or violation of activity rules may result in termination of membership.

3. Class Bookings

  • Classes must be booked in advance via the KIDS FIT website, email, or phone.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur penalties as per our booking policy.

4. Personal Training

  • Personal training sessions are subject to availability.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without compensation.

5. Health & Safety

  • All members must ensure they are medically fit to exercise.

  • KIDS FIT is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow trainer instructions.

6. Facility Access

  • Gym access is granted only to registered participants where applicable.

  • KIDS FIT reserves the right to adjust operating hours, close facilities for maintenance, or limit access as necessary.

7. Payment & Billing

  • Payment must be made in accordance with your selected membership plan.

  • Automatic renewal applies unless canceled prior to the billing date.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the KIDS FIT website and promotional materials are the property of KIDS FIT.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • KIDS FIT is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Use of the programme venues and activities is at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

  • KIDS FIT may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
